Cook chicken breast. Peel carrots and potatoes, chop up them.
Dice chicken breast and mix them. Dice pickle cucumber. Now add a pinch of olive oil, salt, black, mayonnaise sauce and peas, then stir. Peel eggs, dice and add.
Steps to make sauce for this salad:
Mix much mayonnaise sauce in bowl to make it light. Then add olive oil, salt, black pepper and balsamic vinegar and stir.
Add 1 or 2 tablespoon of parsley and scallion to the sauce and stir well to mix them. Finally add sauce to the material.
