Steps to make:
Chop zucchini too thin like potato chips. Then put in cold water, put in flour and pour in strainer. Before frying, put zucchini in water for sticking flour to zucchini. Now fry zucchini in oil. Put fried zucchini on parchment and sprinkle salt, black pepper and thyme on it. Then put it in a dish and pour yogurt and shallot in the middle of it, then serve.
*You can use pasteurized and homogenized shallot yogurt instead of yogurt and shallot.
