A pumpkin pilaf
Steps to make:
Wash rice and soak it with salt, plenty hours before cooking. Put ground meat in suitable dish and add granted onion with a little salt and red pepper. Knead well to mix all ingredients. Then make small
meatballs. Put pants on heat and melt half of butter in it. Then add sugar and saute meatball. Then saute pumpkin for short time. Cook rice and strain. When you want to steam the rice, throw a layer of rice then throw a layer of meatball and pumpkin. Throw a little sauted onion and condiment for rice on it and steam rice on light heat. At end of cooking add another half of butter and saffron to rice and serve.
