Ash reshteh (Noodle potage)
The recipe:
Slice 2 large onions add to a pot and fry with a lot of oil. When the color of onion starts to change, add turmeric, and a lot of red and black pepper and keep stirring. Add 1 teaspoon of flour, then add a lot of warm water to the pot.
When water starts to boiling, add cooked chickpeas, beans and lentils; then chop the vegetable, add to the pot and let it get cooked well. In the end, fry some hot mint in a pan and pour in the dish.
