Steps to make:
In first step, mix spices then add brew saffron. Now add eggs and yogurt then stir well to mix completely. Add rice and mix. Pour oil in pan, put it on heat and let it become hot.
Pour whole ingredients in pan and make it flat and homogenous with spoon. Low the heat to let koko’s ingredients baking brain. Return koko with head of pan to fry another side of it.
*you can serve this koko with mast khiyar (yogurt and cucumber), it is so delicious.
