Recipe:
Roast eggplant with skin on the heat of the gas.
Take eggplant skin, and chop it.
Fry it and add grated garlic and chopped eggplant.
Add a little salt and pepper and tomato to it.
When the tomato water is taken, add eggs one by one in different part of the dish.
Close the lid of the dish, and let it too cook.
Note: 1 eggplant and 1 egg is enough for per person.
