Cocoa cake ( stove-baked)
The recipe:
Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder into a large bowl. Then add sugar, egg, milk and oil, and mix it with a mixer for one minute ( if no available mix with a spoon). Rub some oil all around the pan and pour the batter, then pour water (2-3 centimeter-thick ) in the frying pan. Let water come to boil, put a lid on the pan and place over medium heat for 45 minutes. Decorate with raisins and walnuts (if desired). Serve and enjoy.
