Mixed fruit pickle
Steps to make:
First peel all fruits and chop them. Boil three or four times with a little salt and vinegar to make it soft and cooked.
Diced vegetables and add salt and keep it away for one day to decrease it humidity completely. Boil citrus fruit zest and put it in cold water for one day. Change water three times to release bitter taste. Strain zest to make it dry.
Then mix fruits, vegetables, citrus fruit zest and spices and fill the jar with vinegar.
*boil vinegar before using.
*you can add smashed garlic to this pickle.
