Cheese meatball is a kind of simple and delicious finger food that can be provide easily. You can make it beautiful with a little decorating or you can serve it as an appetizer or healthy and delicious snack. Little cheese meatball is a good choice for a children who do not like meat.
Steps to make:
At first turn on oven with 190 degree of Celsius. Mix ground meat, egg, toasted powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and granted onion in a big bowl. Cut cheddar cheese into 30 cubes. For making meatball, cover each cheese cube with equal amount of raw materials. Then put meatballs on baking tray with a height of 20-25 centimeter by keeping distance. Put a tray in the oven for 30-50 minutes to let meatballs cook completely.
You can attach pickled cucumber and cherry tomato to cooked meatballs with toothpick. Then put them on your favorite plate or dish and serve.
*you can cover baking tray with oil paper to avoid making it dirty with cheese.
